Just starting a list of all the questions that get asked time after time after time when the answer is already on the forum.
Also as we are seeing more issues with one click apps please ensure you have a backup of your car before you make changes, then at least you can work out how to fix it if you have a pro account and it will enable support to work out what it wrong if you dont
Not putting this in the list but if you want a one click app or there are none on your car - YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR THEM With coding, no coding no apps.

| 8/ OBD11 Tells me there is a later verson of the software can it help to update the version | No - OBD11 is only able to compare setup and advise if there is a later version of the control unit software. Be warned some post's have said when asking the garage for the upgrade that it does not exist.. |

| 15/ I see video / instructions on how to do stuff but cant find the items on my car | This can be caused for the following reasons: a) IOS And Android apps have different features check out my list of differences here b) You have an older or newer car than the one belonging to the instructions (for example Golf 7 vs Golf 7.5 things can be different) c) Not all cars on the same platform have the same setup (example Golf7 and Leon MK3 both on MQB Platform but have different interior lighting setups) d) Your car does not have the hardware that is required. |
| 16/ Can I use OBD11 App with other apps and or Dongles like the ELM327 | No OBD11 Only works on its own and with its own dongle. The only external links will be the SFD Interface and Carvertical in a small number of countries. |
