Hi all,
I recently bought four door panels for my Audi Q3 F3. I have installed the two rear ones, it was pretty much plug and play. It went right in. The problem is, the lights don't come on. I feel like I miss some coding. I managed to enable the MMI menu with the ambient colors using below code:
Ok user central Electronics
Int. light, 2nd generation: weicher Farbwechsel: not active
soft colour change-not needed
Int. light, 2nd generation: Instrumententafelbeleuchtung mehrfarbig: active
AID colour- needed if you have a AID
Int. light, 2nd generation: Mittelkonsolenbeleuchtung mehrfarbig: active
center console colour- needed If LED’s in C C
Interior light, light configuration: Ambiente_Applikationsleisten_in_Instrumententafel: installed
needed for colour change in MIB
Interior light, light configuration: Mittelkonsolenbeleuchtung: installed
again Center console IF needed
Interior light, light configuration: LIN-Dachkonsole lokal aktivierbar: active
roof consol if needed
Interior light, light configuration: Ambientemenue mit globalem aus: active
gives you a off button in background lighting to switch off door and footwell lighting
Interior light, light configuration: Ambientemenue mit alle Zonen: active
Adds the “background lighting” buttons in settings- needed
Interior light, light configuration: Ambient_Farbliste_HMI: active
gives you the colour slider at bottom of background lighting screen- needed
Interior light, light configuration: Frei_Farbwahl_ueber_HMI: active
Turns off the brightness slider in the background settings screen, so not active if you wanna dim the footwell door lights
You also need to put all 10 colours in Ambientelicht Farbliste
Then reboot mib (press and hold on button) and maybe reset background lighting
But the door lights don't come on, none of them. Not the front RGB lights (grey bar), nor the lower RGB lights. Who can help me enable them? Is there someone with these lights that can share their setup?
