Hi.

I am considering bying the VLAND head and tail light for my 2009 MK6 1,4 TSI (LHD). The stock headlights are halogen, and tail light are regular bulbs.
Does anyone have experience with this brand (VLAND) and is it possible to code out the error code when swithsing to LED's.

What other brand of head and tail lights do you recomend ?

I bought VLAND rear GTD style LED lights.

They included resistors for every bulb so there is no chance of a bulb out error as the resistors simulate the power of a real bulb

However this feels like a large waste of electricity, heat and potentially fuel, therefore I coded the bulb diagnostics to be disabled (With VCP) for all rear lights so I wouldn’t need to use resistors and I wouldn’t have a bulb out error

2012 MK6 Golf GTI - Have replaced halogen taillights with OEM MK6 Golf R LED taillights, using a resister connector given R vs GTI connectors different, new taillights function as expected, yet have Lamp light on dash as still looking for Halogen bulb.

whataboutthis: le4dsoldier if you have a pre 2024 VAG motor that is supported and you have the Pro or Ultimate license you can code Adaptions and long Coding but after 2024 SFD2 STOPS YOU. SFD Can be unlocked but basic plan only allows you to use OCA Nov 21, 2024 16:52:53 GMT
