VIM (video in motion) Mk7.5 MIB2.5 failed .. HELP! Jun 20, 2021 3:18:48 GMT

Hi guys, Can anyone confirm VIM can be activated on a Mk7.5

I keep getting a Failed message when using the one-click app function. We did everything right but NO GO failed

The car is a Golf R 2017 Mk7.5FL with discover pro media .

Media Details : MIB 2.5 part# 5NA035045
Installed SW MU version : 0981
Software version : H29.49.84_HIGH2GP_EU

Tried activating VIM on 2 cars with same media and failed both times

Any HELP would be greatly appreciated.

Vim, there’s only one for that, have you tried clearing the app data in android settings?
As I’m on iOS I don’t need mim (but used android to enable it),

You could always try the MIB tool (you have got discover pro right?)

Leave on for about 4 minutes prior to using the app.
