Does not work for me either. My T-Cross is Model 2020, with navi. While coding with app, the app said something like "not successful".No credits were transfered and there is no entry in the log. But now I allways get fault message when starting car. Cannot set to default, because app does not work correctly (Check internet connection). the Internet conection is definitely ok.

This is how i turned back and cleared the fault message in cockpit display:
Scan for faults. Delete all faults in storage. Enter Module 17 Click on Extended Coding Press the button on the top right that shows a '0' and '1' to see it Bytes mode; Each Byte has 8 bits (from 0 to 7 included) Down, press the right arrow until you reach Byte 5 Inside Byte 5 deactivate bit 2 and do not modify the rest Press the Validate button Restart the Infotainment by pressing and holding the power button between 10s to 15s and release.
That seems to help.
