My first post on here so would just like to say hi!

So I work in a VW dealer in the UK and also have my own business carrying out repairs and diagnostics to VW group vehicles and have to say i'm incredibly impressed with OBD eleven.

Anyway, i was replacing some injectors on a 2018 VW transporter and attempted to code these using my OBD eleven PRO. However the adaptions only allow 10 digits when attempting to adapt them to the engine control unit. In the end i used my Snap-On MODIS but would like to know if i was doing something wrong or weather adaption of the 20 digit injectors is possible via OBD eleven? If so where did i go wrong?

Sounds like a bug to me, I personally would raise that via the in app help function and tell them other tools allow you to code 20 digits but OBD11 is not supporting that.

Hopefully they will confirm its a BUG/FEATURE and add it to the list to get fixed but just a word of warning it may take a while before they fix it.

whataboutthis: le4dsoldier if you have a pre 2024 VAG motor that is supported and you have the Pro or Ultimate license you can code Adaptions and long Coding but after 2024 SFD2 STOPS YOU. SFD Can be unlocked but basic plan only allows you to use OCA Nov 21, 2024 16:52:53 GMT
