Have problems activating my exterior mirrors, that they should fold in when I lock the car and fold out when I unlock, have a button on the door, but want it to go automatically when I lock,
Have found a plethora of different codings but no one that works, is a novice at this, someone who can explain and describe well, has obd 11 pro

You have to hold locking button in order to fold the mirrors, is not so much automatic but it works on my B7 2013. For unfold you have 2 options, once unlock the car, or once ignition is on.

Cu 42 driver door go in Security access and login with 04354, after succes go in Adaptatioion, find an go in System Parameter 0 than find System parametar Byte 8 and replase number (enter 95 if you prefer unfold when ignition or 99 if prefer unfold when open driver door.

OK after much farnarkling around I worked out this only works for LHD cars. For RHD cars use the following System Paramters System Parameter 14 than find System paramter Byte 1 and replace E0 with E5 if you prefer unfold when ignition or E9 if prefer unfold when open driver door. Hopefully this helps someone else ftom hours of Google and playing with coding. |
