Check the model # of your BCM via OBDevleven - you can start from there.
You can also check to see if Xenon lights (3 - Xenon Abblendlicht) is an option within Leuchte6ABL and 7ABL in adaptations in Central Electrics, but that may or may not be conclusive.
The "shutter pins" are physical pins B#22 & B#23 located on the BCM itself. Unfortunately the only way to confirm that you have them is to remove the BCM and visually check, which is a bit of a nightmare to remove.

Hi dv52 sorry for the late reply here is the printscreen OK - I have 5 x 5Q0-937-084 BCMs in my data base (they are all from UK/Ireland region) Of these, 4 x BCMs are programmed for Xenon lamps but they all have an extension identifier -A* ( i.e. 5Q0-937-084-AJ, or 5Q0-937-084-AE). Your car has the BCM P/N 5Q0-937-084-S and I have another vehicle with the P/N 5Q0-937-084-Q which doesn't have Xenon lamps. So, I suspect that you don't have a high-level BCM. But unless you have access to ETKA, you are probably best to check if the physical pins are present on the BCM - as suggested by nothing

Guest: Hmm.............. your request "please show me the coding i need for the xenon's to work" is a bit like asking for the meaning of life! Whilst I apologise for being trite in my response, I say this because if I give you the standard VW settings, it assumes that you have retrofitted the full OEM arrangement including full wiring looms from the BCM and CAN network, a full levelling system and REAL OEM headlight assemblies - have you done this?. If not, what adaptions to the wiring loom/connectors have been made and what type of headlight fittings did you have on the original car?
The other requirement for REAL OEM fittings (besides the high-end BCM), is a high-end CAN Gateway. Do you have one of these?

My car is a standard se 1.6tdi it had halogen lights and i have fitted oem xneon lights from a golf r. Someone local has had look at my car and asked for £300 to code them and told me he will not change Single wire. Thats why i asked you for the settings. Now i do have this adapter made by kufatec 4 cables going to bcm. I also have the leveling system which i will get someone to install for me.
