I have a 2015 Golf tdi that I want to adjust the speed at which the rear camera shuts off in reverse. I would like it to never shut off for speed if possible. Thanks in advance

So you want it on all the time?

I want it on whenever I am in reverse, at any speed. It goes blank at 5mph and that is not helpful at all.

I think that may be linked to the forward drive too, as there’s only one speed parameter (camera off) and it’s set to 35kmh on mine

So there is no where to change the speed?

Could try rear view camera, adaptions, off speed
But for some reason the app is being stupid and won’t let me log in, after not letting me into my account to start with

I'm not aware that there is a specific facility for keeping the camera switched-on at a higher speed when traveling in reverse.
However, as you probably are aware, after shifting out-of reverse to a forward gear, the camera remains switched-on for either 10 seconds, or an upper threshold speed (whichever happens first)
So, as vwjap suggests, you could try tweaking the upper threshold speed for the camera when traveling forward. This might impact the threshold speed when traveling in reverse - but I'm guessing.
If you have a PRO account - try this: Depending on your model mk7, go to either Parking Assistance 2 module @ address hex10, or Parking Assistance module @ address hex76 Select Adaptation
Search for and select Switch-off speed for parking assist and change to a higher value (the factory setting is 7 km/h and there is a limit on the allowable highest setting - I can't recall the number, maybe 20 km/h?)

Ok I must be an idiot. I cannot locate anything you described. Not seeing either of those. I have a 2015 tdi sel. If that changes anything.

tonie : No, I suspect that you are definitely NOT an idiot. I note your car is MY15 Golf TDI SEL - what country? So - we can progress this a number of ways, perhaps the simplest is to post-up pictures of the module list which if you are using iOS will look this this: And if you are using Android, will look like this: To be clear - what I will be looking-for in your pictures will be a module with a name resembling Parking Assistance. So I need to see the complete module list - meaning multiple pictures might be necessary Don

I am located in the USA and these are screen shots of all the modules I have access to. Oh and it is not that I drive in reverse at a ridiculous speed, just that I have a very long lane that I have to back out of at times. Well I do have a lead foot. Cheers

tonie : LOL - ain't nothing wrong with having a "lead foot" if you have the driving skills to match!
So, on your 3rd picture - the first module is Steering Assistance. On your car, this module happens to live @ address hex44 (notice "44" in the white colored circle - I'm not sure what the white colored dot means)
This is the correct module for my instructions

Yeah that would be because it’s steering assistance, looks like don had a few too many sherbets that night 😂🤣😂
The module your looking for is 6c rear view camera,
Is it a OG camera?
Do you have bendy lines that move with the steering?

vwjap :hmmm...... I do like my "sherbets", but OP's screenshots of the modules in the car doesn't have a hex 6c module? Besides, I have cars in my MQB database that have a hex6c module installed and the channel is still in the Parking Assist module.
I guessed "Steering Assist" because the module list doesn't show a Parking Assist - since the channel is absent from steering Assist module- it probably isn't possible to change the camera switch-off speed on this car

Don good morning, yes, I have already enabled this on my Passat B8 2018 TSI 2.0, and it really only accepts changing to a maximum of 20Km.
