Hi I have an A6 C8 and I wanted to make some changes to the lane assist in Control Unit A5,
but when I try to access it, I get a message that the control unit does not react and that I should check the ignition (Steuergerät reagiert nicht. Zündung überprüfen).. other control units are available.
How to fix this?

Did your A5 appears during the scanning ?

Yes, it was showing up on the scan and I was also able to save the complet set of data without any error message.

So you can read the values on the A5 but you can not write new ones on it ?

Yes, also the App that is designed to change the lane assistant is showing that the value can not be changed..

I have the same problemm on my 46 (Comfort/convenience) it seems like a protection, not a malfunction. I can read the ECU but I can not change anything ... I don't understand why...

I whish to buy the pro license (OBD11) but I whish to be sure that there are no problem during manual long coding. I've read that there are still some works to be completed.
If it works I will buy it NOW.
