Is there a problem with the app today?
Not starting and getting error about the network on Wifi and 4G.
Worked just fine before and nothing is wrong with the network

Just to add to this IOS Phone is not impacted it appears to be Android only.

I was now offered version 0.37.1 in the Google Play Store (Germany). After installing 0.37.1, it works again without the network error.

Thanks, yes I now have37.1 and as you say works with no issues, I presume for those who cant see it on playstore that you can still download from the normal obd11 lINK

Hi,i would like to report a similar issue ( i hope this is the right place)
Since 2 days i am unable to get free credits by watching video when i am on wifi
I get the message server error try again later.Sometimes i can get it to work if i use mobile connection instead but wifi will not work at all.
I will post in the sectin of the forum for the app version incase this is the wrong place,thank you

vrznv Free credits are from a Google server and in the past after a couple days it all gets sorted. I am based in UK and have no issue what country are you in and I will check to see if there is an issue when using VPN. If still not sorted then double check you dont have add blocker turned on and that you have location turned on.vrznv

Hi thanks for the reply This is also from uk and i have been a user of the app for several years,nothing has changed on my end regarding adblockers or anything else I never tried with a vpn as it will work on mobile connection,(but did try it at a friends house,different wifi and different isp but with the same issue) its just via wifi that the issue occurs all of a sudden since the last 2 days I did try again later today and after several attempts i got it to work once,but after that the server error message appeared again and i had to connect via mobile network instead.
EDIT: I just tried it again today (3rd day since the issue started) and its working again now so i guess it was something funky going on with the google server that has resolved itself Thanks

Thanks to all who posted here, I too had the 'network error' and following this found the version update in android store. Updated and connected no problem!
