More information needed:

What country?
What type of Fog-light lamps (incandescent, or LED)?
Do you have a OBD11 PRO account?
- If yes, post-up screenshots of ALL 19 x channels related to Leuchte12NL LB45 which can be found in the central electrics module - Adaptations
- If no, then I'm not sure what you can do - speak to the support team, I guess. I never use Apps for this reason
