I bought the starter pack today and I activated pretty much all of the apps that were compatible with my 2016 model. However, there are still some things I'd like to activate, particularly steering adjustments because I want to make it stiffer and it's not available for the jetta, apparently.

Are there any confirmed apps that will appear for MY16 Jetta NAR or do I have to get the pro version and long code?

Such an adjustment was barred by VAG after a particular time period of the older MK5 chassis. You would have to replace your steering rack with an older model to get that adjustment. Doing that wouldn't be practical in my opinion.
