Hi
I have a 2011 Skoda Fabia vRS estate.
I've just got OBD Eleven Pro and am just trying undestand the basics.
My first query is regarding modules that OBD Eleven says it can't communicate with. I am trying to understand if these units are really present in my car but OBD11 can't make contact with them (due to a fault in the car) or whether the car just doesn't have them and their functions are covered in other modules such as Central Electrics - 09. Any help/pointers would be much appreciated
The units that OBD 11 says it can't communicate with are
Steering Column - 16 Comfort System - 46 Headlight Regulation -55 Radio - 56 Telephone -77
I can see that some functions might be included in the Central Electrics module (09) but I can't find other functions, particularly stuff related to Bluetooth and the radio.
Thanks
John

Hi.
Do you have these modules in black or green?
The number of the module should be green or red. If you don't have a module, this number is in a black dot with a white number

Thanks for your reply Tomas
The number of the modules is a white number with a black background, so I assume this mean my car doesn't have them as separate modules.

Thanks @testoronline.
I can connect to the car fine and I get some modules come up red (a few fault codes), most show up green, but some came up black...I'm begging to think that I just dont have the blacked out modules as seperate ECUs and their functions are incorporated in the BCM/Central elecrics, unit 09.
