Hello friends. I know there must be something out there but I haven't found it yet, I have a golf GTE 2016 and I wanted to darken the DRL that are on the lower bumper when it turns dark when the turn signal is turned on. what is the way?

mystics: post-up screenshots for the 2 x Leuchte-set Leuchte2SL VLB10 and Leuchte4TFL LB4. To be clear, I need to see ALL 19 x adaptation channels for each Leuchte-se

@mystic: Thanks for the screen shots - but i guessed wrong!! One of the main problems with whoever designed this forum is that they thought that the various model cars made by the VAG-group are the same world wide! Of course this is patent nonsense!!
This must have been the assumption that was used in developing the screens on this forum because no where in the member ID is there a place that tells the rest of us the member's country-of-origin and therefore the particular market in which the car was sold. I have had to include my country in my ID as a separate exercise, but not many others do this - not their fault (it's the forum's fault)
And despite multiple requests to change this by a number of us - the forum still operates as if the member's country-of-origin is NOT a useful (read "necessary") piece of information in dealing with member questions!!!
So when you posted your question, because of your language skills I guessed that you were from America - but your screenshots suggest that you might be from Europe (somewhere). Anyhow, the settings on Leuchte2SL VLB10 show that this is not a DRL light.
Please post-up the complete Leuchte12NL LB45 screenshots

thanks dv52 (Australia). I will try. what you sent me corresponds to definitions of direction lights and daytime running lights referring to the left and the right, right?

dv52 (Australia) as I said, I wanted it in dimm mode, that is, I didn't want it to go out completely. another thing that when I turn on the 4 direction lights the DRL also go out,

hmm.... OK to dim (rather than switch-off) the lights when the turn indicator is used - change Dimmwert CD on the 4 x Leuchte-sets in my previous post to a higher number - you can choose any value, but it needs to be a low number
I don't understand your "4 direction lights" comment

dv52 (Australia) look at the 4 x leuchte-sets the CD dimmerwert are different, the 4 and 5 have the value 127 but on the 12 and 13 the value is 10 in original values. in your settings everything went to 0. now to put it in a darker way you say to change it to a low value, but in all? because originally channels 12 and 13 already had a low value of 10.

As I said before - you can use whatever number you want
You need to experiment to get the lighting effect you want - just try a number (Dimmwert CD=10, say) and if the DRLs are not bright enough, increase the number (if the DRLs are too bright, decrease the number).
Yes, the hazard warning light function (what you call the "4 direction lights") uses the same signals as the normal blinkers (except that they operate on both sides of the car at the same time) - therefore the DRLs on both sides of the car will see the blinker signal and they will "wink". So this normal.

dv52 (Australia) in this case, my drl are led in a “C” shape. then you had to change the value of the DIMMERWERT CD in 4x leuchte sets? being led what maximum value would you say to put?
|
|
|
Post by dv52 (Australia) on May 15, 2021 1:02:15 GMT
hmm....... I don't understand your question because the entire point of the DRL wink function is to dim the lamps when the turn-signal is activated.
If you are considering the question of "what maximum value..to put", then you might as well not use the DRL wink function at all because the dimming effect will be negligible.

dv52 (Australia) I said that being my DRL in a led lamp, in your opinion what is the value to put on the dimmerwert CD? being that you say it should be a low value which in your opinion is the best value?
