Courtesy lights

I've been through various other threads and had no joy. When I unlock the car in the dark the headlights come on as they should. Problem is, interior lights don't. Neither do puddle lights on the bottom of the doors. But interior lights work manually with the button. Glove box, luggage and vanity mirror lights all work as they should. I've checked fuses and all is OK. Only thing I can think of is that I've done something while using the obd that I shouldn't have. Is there a way to reset central electrics module to factory or does someone have a better solution. Thanks in advance.
