Hi,
I've changed the original VW radio to the Composition Colour with DAB+ and Bluetooth to connect with my mobile.
However, DAB+ is now working and Bluetooth is also enabled but the microphone is still not usable.
In the list I can activate 4 different microphones (mic 1 to 4)
Does anyone know, which microphone is the correct one?

I have installed the original microphone in the ceiling lamp - connected to the quadlock (pin 1 +7).

Did you eventually solve the problem? I had exactly the same issue when I did the upgrade. The pins are indeed 1 (black) and 7 (red) and you need to activate microphone 1. However the company I bought the new radio from supplied me with a green plug instead of the blue plug for the microphone wiring to the quadlock. So I installed the microphone wires in pin 1 and 7 of the green plug, but the green plug fits into another part of the quadlock, and obviously the microphone didn't work. I solved my issue by modifying the green plug to fit in the blue plug's position and the microphone worked immediately.
