yes (normally)- There is usually a software "slider" in the MENU that allows the driver to control the footwell lighting. When the "slider" is changed, the value of Leuchte30FR LC72-Dimmwert AB 30 is altered, but you can force a new value into the channel with OBD11.
If Leuchte30FR LC72-Lasttyp 30 has a value with "LED" in its name, the maximum value of Dimmwert AB 30 is 127, otherwise it's 100.
