Is it possible to display a list of sensors in the centre screen of the dash
I want intake temp .. injector duty ... EGT
Surely it’s possible ?

I cant say for sure but my understanding is that VAG have only coded certain values to be able to be displayed on the DIS screen.
However what you can do is get apps like Torque Pro that allows you to build a dash with dials of all the stuff you want.
Or you can just set live data up to show the values that you want (if they are availiable).

hmm......... POLAR FIS can display lots of non-standard engine parameters on the center screen of mk5, mk6 Golfs in real time - but I'm not sure if it has been updated for mk7 Golf. Perhaps research the device?

If you are happy with mobile phone display then OBD11 Live data or Torque Pro type tools are much cheaper and in my view more flexible.
Further (don't know about the digital dash) but you can on the Mk7 and early 7.5 golf display the output on your mib screen using something like Mirror Line / Android Auto/ IOS Equiv.
With Torque Pro you can also use it on other cars (including non vag cars) and you can setup very nice looking digital dials (with HUD capability) as well as being able to connect to other apps.
