Hello. I can't start LA. I do everything according of the institution :
A5-Front Sensor/07-Coding/Long Coding
ASF_Codind_Lihgt_Assist
High_Beam_Assist
09-Cent. Elect./(przedtem oczywiście hasło)10-Adaptation -
Assistance light Functions-Fernlichtassistent Reset
Menusteuerung Fernlichtassistent Werkseinstellung Present
Menusteuerung Fernlichtassistent
Present
and it doesn't work on infotainment, there is no possibility to turn on LA. auto from 10.2020.
What am I doing wrong?
Tried to do it through the 100 points app. But it doesn't work either. I get the message that "Failed
Edit:
when the car is 8 hours away, Light Assist starts. 😀 But I can't turn it off on clocks and infotainment. there is no such function.What's up?

First need to know what head lights u have, IQ Lights?

Those codes are for a LED Bussines passat. Means Not IQ Lights?

Ok I wll attach here a Back up, can not be posted is too long. It belongs to a Bussines pasat 2020 with LED Head Lights. Just remember, Back up your ECU first. And do not forget. Each car have diferent futures, ECU just control each control unit. Means: You can no add a control unit (future) if ur car do not have it installed. Units afected on Light assist are 09 Central Electrics, 17 Dashboard, A5 Driver Assistance, 5F Multimedia. And something else, If I´m not wrong, High_Beam_Assist is for those units that do not have camera A5 and in stead have Control unit; 20 High Beam assistance. Is a mini camera in the mirror of the car, if you do not have any, then is not posible, to do it. Here the Attacment, hope it helps. |

After all, I wrote that I was able to program the HBA. Yes, I have the A5 control unit. Everything is in the file I attached.

Last time I coded HBA in Passat my 21. Its looked like that system is working properly but not exactly. When the road light are active (turned on) in HBA mode in completely darkness, unfortunately light does not switching off when the car appears opposite.
Second problem in my car is coding of Traffic Sign Recognation. This function is not working although I coded it according to manuals

Need to know what lights you have, normally camera can detect the light and change to low beam.
But need more info a scan minimum to know what you have and see if I can help you.

Hi. I tested Light Assist once again and it was working properly. Maybe the problem during first time was dirty area of camera view.
Another case is, I have got camera MFK 3.0, so probably therefore this is problem with coding Traffic Sign Assist. I found information, this function is SWAP blocked.
