Requirement for animation: Vehicle must be equipped with high-line tail lights (laser light) Correction: With the normal Matrix LED it will work. It worked for me, at least. Audi A4 2019 facelift, with Matrix LED and standard animation. |

Can someone with tail light animation look at Comfort System, Adaptation, Left/Right tail lamp 1/2, parameter set? It says in mine "There are no items available for this option". Have retrofitted the B9.5 tail lamps but could not get the animations to work. Have confirmed with the seller that what I purchased has the animation function but somehow it would not work in my car. All wirings, VCP parameter settings have been confirmed to be correct. It's only the coding that's not working.

Anyhow they can do remote tuning but a vas5054a is required.

Thanks for the response. I have a B9 A4 allroad retrofitted with the B9.5 tail lights (animation-capable), am not sure if the solution applies for my car.

Help please.
I have a UK 2021 A4 Saloon, the app offers two option. One says Japanese Car Only, the other Avant only
does the JP one work on UK saloon cars?

My 2020 A4 Avant came with matrix H/lamps and the animation only works with H/lamps on auto and when it’s dark.
Just a thought for those who can’t get them to work.
