I performed a full backup and the application performed it correctly but when I select the icon at the top right to send it to my email, the red banner at the bottom appears with the word unknow error without sending. I use android 11 and Samsung A71.

Probably a bug but try doing a data clear of the obd11 app
secondly if you have done a full backup when you look in each control unit you will see the individual section of that backup. EG In Control unit 01 you will see a file called Engine (same date/time as your backup)
Using the Filter button at the top of the screen select time (1 day or 7 day) and see if you can email that single control unit. Its a pain up the backside but if you need them then its one way that it may work.
Then send support via in app help function a report telling them it is broken.
Hope that helps.

I tried with Android 8 and everything works fine, so it's a compatibility problem of Android 11.

I also have the same problem with a Xiaomi phone and Android 11. Full backup always fails at some point. It would be good that obdeleven could continue a full backup were it was left.

Same problem here too. Oneplus 6T Android 11 + Obd11 pro. Reading engine and crashes.
