Hi,
Since yesterday I have the yellow triangle and sos error on mfd. However I managed to make a call to sos services (once you make the call only the dispatch can terminate it) just to test it - sorry about that
No other problems but for a new car is annoying to have exclamation sign on board.
After the scan I have :
Telematics: fault code 13631563 static
Control unit 75 telematics
I'm not able to erase it. Eventually I will listen to my car and pay a visit to the workshop.
I will return with news!

I am afraid that in my opinion VAG Group released these cars far to early check out the threads here www.briskoda.net/forums/forum/396-skoda-octavia-mk-iv-2020/.

If you check out the Skoda, VW, Seat, Audi sites for the latest Release of cars you will see a litany of BUGS in the car.

Take it back to the dealer many have had to have the hardware replaced to solve this issue.

Exactly how you said. They will order a new module for this problem.
The only issue that worried me was the term used instead of "order" the new module...they said they will sent an order to make to the producer... I understand that the module doesn't exist

Finally my SOS module came and was installed on my car.
The intervention duration was ~1,5h
From my pov this topic can be closed.
I'm certain that this error will be solved only by replacing the module so no point in keeping this open
