Good morning everyone, I would like to ask for a help on how to get a security access, or long coding access to my passat 2004 2.0 TDI PD engine code BGW, edc 16. And on top of it is it possible to turn off the EGR, or do the adaption on it through OBD eleven? the thing is i've put the 2 blocking plates on EGR pipe but unfortunately it's not enough, the mechanics/tuners are charging ridicolous price for changing the hex values on their own so my question is, is it even possible to DIY it?
On top of it i really need a help with adapting the main throttle body valve.
And the last small request, is it possible to turn off the Extra option that comes with throttle body valve, that one that helps when engine shuts-off, its supposing to BLOCK the air access for ~3second, but it my case it's sometimes works sometimes does not.. and it gives me back the P3101 code and P3102, I suspect that the wire sign as "signal" may be bend/damaged somewhere from Throttle body to ECU.
Thanks again for any help. and please, consider that I am not a tuner myself but more of DIY guy that just learns as it goes. Any EASIER to understand explanation is very appreciate.

The p3101 and 03 i believe are the intake flap motor which is just the flapper in the throttle body. The gears in them are kinda trash and will strip in some of them. Make sure to check wiring too.
