Hi
Very new to obdeleven, i did a scan and the only fault is on the climate control. codes are B10CD 00 and P171900.
I have cleared both but just wondered if they are anything to be concerned about. any help would be appreciated.

ciderman : Hi The codes are B10CD00=function limited due to energy management and P171900=function restricted by engine control module. I'm guessing of course, but likely these codes happened (they frequently occur together) because at the capacity of the battery was insufficient when the auxiliary heater needed to be activated. Normally these codes are not an indication of a bad battery - only that the battery voltage at the time was not high enough. These are not uncommon fault codes during cold weather conditions - but if they reappear frequently, get the battery checked, maybe?

Sounds feasable as I've only been doing short journeys recently but the battery is a new one two months ago.
I will do a scan again in a couple of weeks to see if the same faults 're appear.
