I have an OBDeleven Pro that has been becoming increasingly difficult to connect.It now refuses to connect at all. Same result using different devices,(Samsung phone and Lenovo tablet).Has anyone experienced this problem?

Afraid not.
Do you have a white or black dongle.
Do you have good internet connection and have you got location turned on (otherwise it dont work)
Are you running any advert blocking apps, if so turn them off and see if it helps.

The dongle is white.internet connection is strong.

When you plug the dongle in do you get a red or yellow light flashing

On the dongle? Red.
When I select "connect" the widow pops up. "select a device from the list" Black Blue tooth symbol in front of OBDeleven.I have been having to hit the OBDeleven selection several times before the symbol turns blue. Hit it until the cows come home recently and it never turns blue and progresses to connect.
