Hello,
Nothing on the forums helps me coding the rain/light sensor.
I already placed the sensor there was already fitting an sensor in it idk what for sensor.
Now i have sensor part number: 81D955547
The rain sensor is not working and the light sensor didnt work to.
I already set my function Rain Lightsensor to LIN_Regen_licht_sensor
Can someone help me pleas.
The wipers and sensor reacting if you throw water on the window but if you dont do water on the window they wipe every 15 seconds.
HELP!

Please confirm that your car was factory fitted with an original rain/light sensor. What is the long code value that is on the new rain/light sensor?  |

The original factory sensor was a 8U0.955.559.
The long coding now is 02006C
I have ordered a cable for putting in the bcm to the switch for auto lights

- What was the long-code on the old sensor ?
- Why did you change the sensor?
- Why didn't you install the same P/N

Old coding from old sensor is: 02006C
Why i changing my car doesnt have auto wipers and lights from factory so im retrofitting this.

Try this: Go to Central electrics module -select Adaptation - search for "Front" - select Front_wiper - select Regensensor aktivieren is the setting Deactivating? |

hello, sorry if I disturb ... I saw that you installed the 81d sensor I would like to do it on the golf 7 too to see if the automatic closing works in case of rain. that you know works? let me explain better, if you close the car and leave the windows open, if the sensor detects rain do they close automatically?
