Hi all,
I managed to get the VIM working on my Passat 8.5 2020 from the app. But I tried it on my brother new Passat 2021 it did not work!
So I got couple of questions:
1-what could be the problem and also I noticed I can’t change any adaptation values.
2-What is the code for getting it done manually from adaption or long code.

dont know code but did you have bonnet open and parking brake on

I did not open the bonnet open. As it worked well with older 2020 model. Do you thinks that the reason?

I would try it as it is certainly starting to cause issues to many cars across the range.
If you have been charged credits for the App and it does not work then you should talk to support via the in app help function and ask for a refund.

I am afraid on this site we dont have an active Passat B8.5 Owner who has started and maintains a thread with all the coding. Best bet is to find a good Passat B8.5 Forum and check out the VCDS or OBD11 Threads for details. If I find any in the next couple days I will update this reply.
