Kindly asking your support to define fault that happen to my Golf R MK7.5 US region after 15 to 20 minutes driving an error appear in the dash ( Transmission in emergency mode No reverse gear ) and then the D for drive ( Normal gear shiffting was always reading just D but after the error pop change to D1 and D2 with some bad shiffting and bad response from the car when push the paddle ! Kindly see the error also after switched the car off and start again the fault gone and back to normal but the same fault back again after 15 minutes or less ??

Have you got your gearbox/DSG tuned/maped ? if so I would change it back to stock and see if it solves the issue.
and lastly try doing a DSG recalibration
If you have warranty left on the car VW will void it 100% once they see that it has been mapped and will blame the tune to have caused the damage.
If your car hasnt been tuned and still under warranty then I would go straight to VW and get it fixed under warranty.

Dear ViĆ many thanks for the swift rep, kindly note that i bought this car from US auction and realy i don't know if there is any map or software installed in the car but the old transmission was wrecked and without any oil because of the accident in US that's why i changed my Whole gearbox with ECU because the old one was broken and i sent the old ECU to workshop to download the SW from it and inject it to the used one after the installation i faced those faults ! Even i tried the basic settings but the problem exist also. Did i missed something else ?
Also i found EQT lable on the rear window ! So did the owner mapped the car ! I have tried to contact EQT dealer by email to check if my car have been mapped or not, the answer was it's difficult to tell unless i have the device. So please any idea about this issue
Also i live in Middle East so there is no VW dealer near from me

shadow87: hmmm........ of course I can't be 100% certain - but I suspect that this is NOT a coding issue for which OBD11 can find a solution.

In the link HERE you will find a NAR-model vehicle with exactly the same specifications on both the ECU (@hex01) and the mechatronics module (@ hex02)

I'm not sure about the original ECU firmware - perhaps it was tuned and the better approach would have been to load a copy of the OEM firmware rather than the replicate the SW from the original module.

Anyhow, with the information available and with no errors shown on your scan report - it's difficult to go further (alas)
