Hi all,

Hoping someone can help. I recently purchased a 2019 Passat B8 R Line and activated the lock/unlock acoustic feedback via app. The app says it is activated but the horn does not sound.

My current settings are below. Can anyone see an issue ?

Optical feedback during locking - Decelerate

Optische Rueckmeldung Komfortschiessen - Active

Oprische Rueckmeldung 3.Bremsleuchte - Not active

Akustische Rueckmeldung global - Active

Quittierton bei zweitem ZV-AUF-Befehl - Not active

Akustische Rueckmeldung verriegeln - Ative

Quittierton bei zweitem ZV-ZU-Befehl - Not active

Menuesteuerung akustische Rueckmeldung - Not active

Dauer der Akustischen Rueckmeldung vom Einfachhorn - Kurz

Akustische Rueckmeldung Signalhorn - Not active

ZV-Blinken Hellzeit - 200 ms

ZV-Blinken Dunkelzeit - 200 ms

ZV-Blinken Abschluss Dunkelzeit - 200 ms

After a bit of further testing I've enable setting 'Akustische Rueckmeldung Signalhorn' to give me Vehicle Menu option. The car now gives me a very quiet auditable response when I lock / unlock the vehicle.
I was expecting it to be loud coming from the horn, but this is so quiet it can easily be missed if you're not standing next to the car.

Not convinced it's yet working properly.

A quick visit to Google translate and 'Acoustic feedback signal horn' so does make sense. Strange how the App doesn't activate that by default ?? I'll test that later today and report back.

(it's a short beep, and double beep).
