Yes, in your history file it will show you any long coding changes that have been made as well as showing you used a app.

To find out what Adaptions have been made you have to have a backup pre the app and post the app and do a quick comparison.

The other place to look is obdeleven.proboards.com/board/379/click-apps-requests if its a recent app, as this is where all the coding for the apps is currently shown.
