I own a mk8 eTsi 1.5. Obd eleven cannot scan Telematics control unit (75) and also the faults scan does not work.
Am I the only one with this issue? I’m using the latest Obd 0.34.1

gio are you still facing these issue, if so have you reported them to OBD11 Support via the in app help function.

Yes, I’m still facing it and yes, I already reported it to the support, receiving the following answer:
"
Hello,
Currently, Mk8 is not yet supported. We're working towards it.
"
So, we are on our own...

Wow that was helpful.
And its not true either, MQB Evo cars do work but as VW Have changed several things they needed to code around changes.
They already fixed the missing control units and there will be other stuff to try.
I will raise it with my contacts as well
Just to be clear if you look in your control units can you see Telematics as I can on the golf 8 I have in my garage and it is showing faults as well.
I can also read the Long coding and Adaptation but dont have access to car anymore so cant try running a scan.
Last point have you tried changing the ODX File - again don't expect it to make a difference but you never know.

Yeah, I can see and access telematics, but it won’t show any adaptations available, it will show some unknown faults and still no scan available. I’ll try to change ODX, Thanks

And just because it does work some times have your tried uninstalling and re-installing the software or doing a data cache clear.

It’s not an installation issue, only telematics do not work properly. It has been heavily protected in my opinion.

Sure you are correct but we have in the past had just one control unit (09) not support adaption and a refresh sorted it.
Anyway I have also passed on this detail to dev team, on the theory the more people raise the issue the sooner it gets fixed.

Yea I haven't been able to access Telematics for many many months and now obdeleven will not let me scan my car after I connect or reset most of the control units plus other problems. I've reported the issue a while back and I check in on the progress every so often and I keep getting “no updates” from the devs.
Well now since obdeleven badped out on me in the middle of programming my car doesn't crank and is a useless paperweight sitting in my driveway. Hustling to find transportation day after day sucks and it's a 50/50 shot if I get to work on time. And that's a whole nother issue I this has caused me.
Wish I knew anything that was going on cause nothing yet.
