SFD protection is not on NAR Tiguans (yet). On 2021 models, the hood/bonnet needs to be open though.

I have the same issue. Upgraded to pro and bought credits and still nothing.
Even tried it with the hood open and still no apps listed. Kinda pissed about this seeing I bought it to do stuff and at a total loss.

So my story is the following.
I recently started using a brand new (produced in March 2021) Tiguan Allspace - this is still the pre FL model.
Then I entered my VIN into OBDeleven app, it recognized my car as 2021 model year but the short European wheelbase after FL.
And guess what - no apps in the menu.
I wrote to OBDeleven support and a nice chap manually changed my car to be listed as an 2017-2020 Allspace.
So now my car looks like it should and I got access to all the "pre facelift" apps in THE app.
Now the question is - do they work.
And the answer is "sometimes". I was able to turn on the green engineering menu, I changed the small logo in the virtual cockpit and I also enabled the "Ambient colors - 10 color variant" but only on the digital displays (no RGB lights).
However, some apps were not working from the beginning - Start/stop deactivation (apparently impossible with those latest productions), also the infotainment boot screen failed to change.
Also today I noticed that some previously working mods (Ambient colors) stopped working - I wanted to try the 30 color variant. It says that function is not supported.
So I guess one way is to ask support to manually register you VIN as an older car.
And all the programing / coding was done with the hood/bonnet closed.
Let's hope they can fix those issues fast.
