Hi all,
I'm new here, just bought Obdeleven and as title said can't reset service interval.
I use iPhone 7, IOS 14, ObdEleven is connected in Audi A4, 2014 year of production (I think it is B8.5)
Scan function work, but when I go to App section and try to reset service interval, first I see that by current value he said "not available" and when I click to change and select EU, there is some kind of pop-up window and is written "activating" and then there is a spinner which spin and spin and spin...
After 10 Minutes, I turned application off.
Any help? is ObdEleven faulty?!?

Having this exact same issue on my Audi A4 B9 2016.
Serviced the car yesterday and now cannot reset the service inspection.
“Activating” endlessly spins. Tried on IPad and IPhone, neither has worked.
Tried with bonnet open/closed, abs just ignition on and also engine on.

I contacted support, and they turned on for my profile "report the bug option" and after I submited the bug they are able to reproduce it. So here is the respnonse from the support: Hello, our developers already found the issue. We will release a new version of the application today or tomorrow that should fix the issue. Sorry for the inconvenience. exxon, I hope your issue will also fixed with this release. |

There was an update today that discribe our issue as fixed. I will give it try later afternoon.

Just check it and working perfect, service interval is reseted.
