Hi everyone, does anyone know what this fault is related to? I think it's an auxiliary pump which is stuck sporadically. I had this problem this morning.

Hi Robert
New member to OBD Eleven - I got the tool today and ran a scan. Passat b8 2016 uk model has been very slow to heat in the cabin - so this pump C stuck message is showing up.
Is this a big job?? Did u get sorted? I understand that my car had a timing belt and water pump fitted at 80k so I am surprised they wouldn't have changed the auxiliary water pump, would this not be part of a kit (for water pump, timing belt, etc)..
Thanks, JP.

Hello. I had a similar problem. As it turned out, one of the wires of the pump stator winding was broken. The pump is removed, it is located behind the engine, below. If I find a photo of the process, I will send a link. It can be fixed using an ordinary soldering iron. universestorage.synology.me:5001/mo/sharing/PSM2naVNS
