Hello to everybody. I've just purchased obdeleven, this is my first post. I bought a 2018 Tiguan allspace in Chile, with the tail lights as shown on the picture. The rear fog lights were not activated as it wasn't mandatory in Chile. The headlight switch had not the second pull position for rear fogs. I have just brought the car to Spain and now I need to make rear fog lights work in order to homologate the car to be used here. First thing I have done so far is replacing existing switch with the euroswitch. I also bought a obdeleven device which should be traveling home. I need some help for the following steps: - Do you think my tail lights include a fog light, even though is not activated? I hope it won't be needed to replace them... - Would it be needed additional wiring? - Regarding coding with obdeleven, anyone can help me with the modifications I should implement? I have read so many posts but I think it depends a lot on the model/year... Thanks very much in advance. Regards.

The first thing I would do to establish if you have fog lights is to remove the light bulb holder as if you are going to replace a bulb. Establish which lights work and that should establish if there are any bulbs that don't illuminate. In the UK only the offside operates, but they actually fit a bulb in the nearside. obdeleven is certainly capable of activating lights. Once you have established there is a bulb we mat be able to help

Thanks for your post. My car is fitted with full LED tail lights which do not have bulbs, instead they include led diodes that cannot be changed by the owner according to the user manual. I guess I just cannot open the light and look for those diodes. I hope my tail lights include also diodes for fog lights, otherwise I am afraid I will have to replace the whole light (inner part only), as it could be cheaper than asking the dealer to include the diodes in current light and then programming the system.
I'll check it anyway. In case fog diodes are included, help with obdeleven coding is welcome.
Regards.
