Can I somehow see which Adjustments I have activated or changed in the ODBeleven? Or export a list. I am starting to get a little confused about what I adjusted or not

History should show you all changes you have made to Adaptions and Long Coding etc.
It is possible if you are using Android to Archive them, all this does is hide them from the normal view select show archive and they will also be displayed (similar to how google mail works on the inbox)
If you have used a app then it will just show you the app you used and any long coding but it does not show you the adaptions you have made.
The other option is to simply compare you first backup (assuming you did it as we recomend before starting) and compare to current backup.

Wow, you got me there. I swapped phone to an iPhone one week ago under the belief that all that was stored at the account in the cloud.

baws you are correct it is all stored on the cloud. But as IOS Is not setup fully to match Android I am afraid if you have archived stuff in the past then you cant see it using IOS. You have to log back in on an android and then unarchive the items to see them in IOS.
