Under normal driving the brake boost is set at 1:5. For every 1 pound or kg you push on the pedal the booster creates 5 .

If you rapidly go from gas to breaks the system interprets this as a panic stop, and the boost is 1:50 . You stop really fast. Maybe faster than the guy behind you can react.

Ps mk vi also has brake rotar wiping. If the wipers are on AND you drive for over x minutes the ABS system very gently applies the brakes to warm and dry the brakes. It is so gentle you likely will never feel the action.
