Hey!
Ive just replaced my egr valve and ive read somewhere that i have to align/do some basic reset on it.
Does anyone know the channel number for it?
Lupo 2001, 1.4 16v gasoline

The car runs good except for little unstable idle and slow throttle response and engine lamp on if i disconnect the egr valve. So im quite sure i have to configure it somehow.

The mil goes on because the car wants to have a egr signal. If you disconnect the egr the car thinks something is wrong. Exhaust gas recirculation valve adaptation for most vag cars: Ignition ON, engine OFF, battery voltage at least 11,5 V 1) Select engine control unit 01 2) Select live data and go to channel 74 3) Check the adaptation status in the fourth field 4) Switch to basic settings 5) Go to channel 74 and start the basic settings 6) Wait until it says ADP OK Source: wiki.ross-tech.com/wiki/index.php/Exhaust_Gas_Recirculation_(EGR)_Valve_Adaptation |

Hi thirsty do you know how to do this since the update. I no longer have a channel list to select in the menu and its not an option in basic settings
