I purchased this device a short while ago with high hopes.
I purchased the pro version of the device and started to use it mid December, unfortunately the device does not work on my 2019 golf.
The device fails to identify the installed modules, resulting in it attempting to scan every possible module and ultimately failing. When you attempt to access any of the modules you know are installed the device hangs and then reports that the module did not respond.
I reported the issue to OBDeleven support, who to start with responded quite fast, informing me they had enabled “bug reporting” on my account, I quickly generated and submitted a bug report along with a full vcds scan ( that works flawlessly)
Unfortunatly this is where any positivity ends, as of close to 4 weeks since I made the report we have made zero progress, this morning I have received a email asking for a video ( the same as I already submitted a month ago) showing what the actual problem is.
Support refuse to tell you what is going on and simple say “the developers are working on it” they also fail to provide any kind of detail and simple reply with a single sentence answer every couple of day.
They deliberately stalled me In order to run the clock down on the return window.
My advise to anyone considering purchasing something from these people is simple dont. Vcds might be a little more money however it is a properly developed product with a real support team unlike OBDeleven

Same with mine but never received message back mine can see modules and scan but fails to code because of the 48 byte code and obdeleven web site has no warning about some models my not work .sent a scan to vcds and they assured me my car is supposed through them before I spent my money will me making the jump when I get my next check. If you read the the trends there own Bata testers hate the product and dropped out of the program and their a mod. On the page

Total rubbish, it has been “being look at” for a month, if you had actually done something it would have been updated. This is simply a fraud product. As the guy above says buy vcds and boycott these sharks

Tell me about it. I ordered one on Black Friday and was never even able to connect to the device. I have been in contact with them since the beginning of December and it has gotten no where. I tell them i need to submit a warranty claim, and they ask me to create an error log which I told them 5 different times I cannot do because the device cannot be found via Bluetooth. Asked me for a video, I sent them a video of me trying to connect and nothing ever shows up, resend the video a few weeks later and come to find out they couldn’t even open the video. They even tried to convince me the device was connected to remotely and fixed (which would be impossible because the device was never even plugged in when i was told it was “fixed”). They literally just repeat the same questions every couple of days to delay the process, and you will get no more than one response a day no matter how soon you reply back to them. They dont answer any questions you have for them. Overall this is by far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced with a company. I would avoid this company at all costs.

I have similar issues. I bought device with pro licence also 200 credit, i redeem them to my account. But i could not reach my account via obdeleven app. App says “check your verification e-mail” but i didnt receive any verification mail. Nobody helps me from support team.

Not sure why you're having so many issues. I have the pro version and use it a lot for my Q7 and A8. It's been a lifesaver, coding out my seatbelt chime, video-in-motion, adjusting my seat massager intensity and length, resetting oil life and service
