Seen this a few times where people have bought a used OBD11 Dongle and needed help using it.
Firstly if you buy a dongle it will not have a Pro Licence with it unless the seller is giving you there account login details or they have not yet activated the Pro License.
If they give you the account details then you can change the name and email address.
It is not possible to transfer a Pro License across accounts or use the code more than once
Secondly if you just buy the dongle it will have a password attached to it.
To change the password you will need access to the account email that last used that if its Android so that when you reset it using the below link
For IOS you need to contact support voltas-it.helpshift.com/a/obdeleven-ios/?p=all&s=application-usage&f=how-to-retrieve-the-6-digit-device-password-1583409373 and I am guessing they will need some info from you to enable the change.
So simple rule is when buying one make sure the seller gives you the 6 digit password or will forward the email where you have reset it / contact support to get new password.
I have also seen some people saying there is a default password of 000000 I do not believe this is true (but happy to be proved incorrect) and certainly not on newer dongles as you have to set it when you first connect.
