I think the OP made one mistake on his long coding instructions... Control module for above app. Byte 18 is NOT under "Dashboard" but under "MMI"... App should thus be as follows:

2018-2020 Audi Q5 FY / B9

App name:
MMI Startup Screen Vehicle Type (Q5 --> SQ5)

Description:
After the change, the starting logo in the MMI will be adapted to the Audi SQ5 FY model series. The corresponding SQ5 logo with a red diamond is thus shown / displayed at each start.
