thanks so much for sharing,
I saw your vcds scan which correctly shows D6 & D7 which hopefully obd11 will sort
however i notice there is no control unit 2B, (05 & 13) OR 19 is that a problem with the scan

Updated with the missing 13, 2B and 19 units. Don't know how I missed them  . Obdeleven doesn't show unit 5 not sure must be a problem. Will check again soon. Thanks |

Thanks again note sure about 05 that may be a sub system in OBD11,
It was not a big problem, just wanted to double check if the scan picked them up or there was another issue with OBD11.

massimo23 firstly big thanks for both your backups and all the help you have been giving on the OBD11 and VCDS Forums.
Quick question does your car have stop start function fitted.
Reason I ask is that there is the following coding that is supposed to stop stop start
Coding -> Control Units -> Air Conditioning 08 -> Adaptation -> Deactivation of Start Stop function
when I look at your backups the Deactivation is not show, but when I look at another Golf 8 I can see it online.
Could you please check your car (if you have stop start) to see if you have this attribute.

My car is a plug-in hybrid Golf 8. I will check if there are any settings but if i remember well i have not seen it.

Looked in the Vehicle Status screen were Start-Stop setting is and it is not there.👍
