I have an issue with my front wipers. With the following fault code I checked all the fuses and replaced the wiper motor 00153 *No signal no communication, driver windshield wiper motor* but the wiper still doesnt work.
I have another code 02071 *electrical error in circuit, local data bus*. I wanted to change the relay 15 but I have no idea where to find it.
Anyone had similiar issues with wipers?

You said""relay"" 15. Did you mean fuse .15. if so, there is an extended warranty for that specific fuse. Yes really. Just number 15. A one dollar item
The fuse is in the same black plastic box that the main battery wires enter. There was a problem with the fuse becoming loose in its holder. The arching melted the plastic box till finally it melted away completely. I'm not sure what was running on that fuse.
The problem is fixed by completely replacing the box. Its a pain in the butt.

Hi thanks for your reply. The code refers to terminal 15 (not sure what that is) I checked all the fuses all working correctly, all releys below the steering wheel are working correctly. Still no wipers  the washers work tho... There must be some kind of wiring issue |
