Also it was done on Octavia.

But if the option is there, you just need to set higher voltage when this Start/Stop function should engage if all its other requests are fullfiled.

Not sure what is the name of first menu in the app (Ridici jednotka) possibly Control Unit?
Than there you go menu 19 - Gateway > Adaptation > lookup there "Start/Stop voltage limit"

And set it to 12.1V
This should not engage the start stop anymore.
