I currently have a late 2016 vw passat gte with blue ambient lighting and would like u have a few other colours to choose from if possible if any one could help me out much appreciated

Hi!
I believe you need the ambient lighting with at least three colors in order to add more but I could be wrong. I’ve got an 2018 GTE and it has blue, white and yellow by default.
I was able to add seven additional colors using adaptations 09-> “Punktbelysning färglist” (swedish).
Simply adding rgb-values to the remaining slots (4 to 10 worked fine. Values are entered as 0-255 three times for each corresponding number. Infotainment system needs to be rebooted when done in order for changes to take effect. This is done by holding the power button for approximately 20 I would also recommend backing up settings before any changes
Please write if you are successful. A friend of mine is trying the same mod.
