Hi Have newly bought an Tiguan 2019 R-Line.
I have bought the OBDeleven sec edition.
Does the activating app works correct when activating traffic sign assist for my car ?
I have read someone said not working correct and don't want to get in trouble when trying to activate traffic sign assist.
I google the net and found difference coding instruction how to activate the traffic sign assist by manually coding some very short some very long.
So I am confused how to proceed I am newbie at this.

Is your Tiguan a North American Region (NAR) model? If so it’ll work, but keep in mind the display of the traffic sign will be the standard circle used in Europe and at startup you’ll get a notice that the function is limited (even though it’s working). You will not see any fault codes when you do a scan.
The length of manual coding depends on the trim line. You can use the app or if you look at my coding doc in my signature it contains both long and short with description as to why you may need that additional coding.
I had it, but got tired of the notification at startup that the function is limited and all attempts to get that message to disappear was not fruitful. Also if you enable speed warnings the display of the sign on your AID is in km/h and if you location uses mph it’ll be off in speed for notifications so you’d have to compensate the entry value.
