Hi, firstly - congratulation for the OBD11 product! Great tool :-)
After scanning OBD11 noticed a fault code as below: --------------------------------------------------------------- 08 Air Conditioning
System description: Climatronic Software number: 5G0907044R Software version: 0503 Hardware number: 5G0907044R Hardware version: H02 ODX name: EV_ACClimaBHBVW37X ODX version: 002017 Long coding: 00020104202100011105000000101000
Trouble codes: B108B54 - Fresh air, recirculation, air flow flap motor No basic setting static Malfunction frequency counter: 1 Dynamic environmental data: 028671260902261300BF261E005042261F004E Date: 2016-12-22 15:47:33 Mileage: 99355 km Unlearning counter: 171 Priority: 2 ---------------------------------------------------------------
If "No basic setting" that so how can I this set up? Greetings Jack

Problem resolved. Manual Flaps Calibration done. In Golf mk7 it looks the same like in mk6. Useful video After that, fault clear done and thats all. The fault does't back again :-)

Hi, the same problem here, on Skoda Superb II. Did the calibration, but error still pops up.

hmm.......not sure, but IIRC, there is a procedure for this in Basic settings in the 08 module - worth a look IMO

Yes, there is a setting in Module 08: "Basic Settings" and under it is "Atapt flap end stops", which is doing the same as in video. And, after that, I still have the error Defroster flap motor (No basic setting) . Tried several times.

Hello guys I'm also having the same issue, now with two faults after the "Adapt flap end stops" basic setting, Fresh Air, recirculation, air flow flap motor - No basic setting (B108B54) and Defroster flap motor - No basic setting (B109054). Any help, I cannot find a solution online and I do not feel very comfortable in opening the car up unless I know its a solution for sure.

Try pressing MENU & A/C togather for a few seconds this will cycle the flaps.

I’ve got no Menu button, but I already pressed the buttons A/C and the air flow into the passenger compartment at face level, this start the same progress as OBDeleven does while the calibration but the fault code ist still there and can’t be deleted

I’ve also got the same issue. Visually I can see the motor operating correctly opening and closing the flap however the fault still remains even once cleared, ac flaps calibrated through OBDeleven and also pressin the two buttons in the car. I’ve had it briefly looked at from the dealer and they believe it is the air distribution flap motor and if needing changing it’s a $3000 job. The % value is only on 49% so I’m thinking maybe this isn’t right and needs to be at 100% like the other temperature actuators.
