Yes. I’ve tried the app for this as well as to disable auto start/stop. Both items say not supported....
Tried many times.

Yes app up to date.
Will not let me do auto start/stop says not supported.
For seat heater says at default. Had option for 10 min in app and on.
Not sure what default is as also had option of no.

Sir,
This is weird then. Mine worked just fine in keeping the last setting.
Perhaps restart the phone, and unplug the dongle, and then try again.
I think sometimes the OBD11 dongle can be fickle, or it could be the vehicle.
