Hello everyone
I need help. I reinstalled the app (iOS) and when I logged in again everything disappeared (credits and PRO license). Support says there is no account with my email. I'm sure I didn't erase my account by accident so what could have happened? Support is not able to help, they are saying I should buy another license.
I also get an error when I try to link my Facebook account.
I really need your help good people. Thank you.

dani on the assumption you have not deleted your account (in which case you have lost it all (history, licence and credits)) did you in the past link your facebook account, if you did then you can log in directly using that. Next point is that OBD11 Login process recalls how you entered your email address (so it stores upper and lower case) so its worth checking if you put in the email in all upper case, first letter as upper case etc The only other thing to say is have you got other email accounts you may have used either now or in the past.
